READ: House Dems lawsuit to obtain Trump's tax returns

The Democratic-led House Ways and Means Committee is suing the Treasury Department, the IRS and their respective leaders, Steve Mnuchin and Charles Rettig, in an effort to obtain President Donald Trump's tax returns, according to the federal court in Washington.
